The problem

Research shows that people with ADHD lose an average of 22 extra days of productive work every year. Not because they're not trying. Because most environments aren't built for how their brain works.

You've tried the productivity apps. The accountability groups. The networking events that leave you more drained than when you walked in.

None of it quite worked. Not because you weren't trying. Because none of it was built for a brain like yours.

Most spaces that call themselves neurodivergent-friendly are neurotypical spaces with something bolted on at the edges. NeuroThrive is different. It was built from the inside out, by someone who needed it and couldn't find it.

Most body doubling tools are built for productivity. NeuroThrive is built for belonging. There's a difference.

The 22 days statistic is from research from the WHO World Mental Health Survey Initiative (Kessler RC et al., PMC2665789).

The answer

Why body doubling is the answer.

Body doubling is simply working alongside another person. No collaboration, no supervision. Just quiet, shared presence while you get on with your own thing.

For neurodivergent brains it works because it fixes the bit that's actually broken, starting. Another calm human in the room co-regulates your nervous system, lowers the cost of activation, and quietly holds you to the task you couldn't quite face alone.

Starting stops being the hard bit

The activation step is where ADHD brains get stuck. With someone else present, the cost of starting drops. You just, start.

Focus without white-knuckling it

You don't have to force it. Quiet company slows the drift to phone, snack, scroll, and lets you stay with the work.

You finally finish things

Ninety minutes, once a week, with people who get it. Small tasks get done. Big tasks get started. The list actually moves.

What members and attendees say

"Going through burnout — chronic levels of executive dysfunction and procrastination. Just getting something done with the group helped my self-esteem and started to rebuild my self-belief that I can do the work that I've actually been doing for years. Honestly give it a go. I was at a low point and it really helped to get me back on track."

— Andy, Photographer, taster session attendee

"I know Kate from my membership of BNI. As an entrepreneur with AuDHD, I know how difficult it is to overcome the inertia that these disabilities produce. NeuroThrive has helped me enormously, giving my disabled brain the dopamine hit it needs to perform essential business tasks. I now know that there is a 90-minute session each week where I can actually get things done. The cost works out at less than a cup of coffee each day. I thoroughly recommend Kate and NeuroThrive."

— Helen Wallworth, Entrepreneur and NeuroThrive member

Built by someone who needed it

Kate Keir has ADHD and dyslexia. She's spent years building a business and supporting other neurodivergent people to do the same.

For years she looked for a community that actually felt like it was built for her. She couldn't find one. So she built NeuroThrive.
