What is body doubling?
Body doubling is simply working alongside another person.
Not collaborating. Not being supervised. Just having someone else in the room, physically or virtually, while you get on with your own work.
For a lot of neurodivergent brains, that presence is the difference between a task that stays stuck and one that actually gets done. It's not a trick or a workaround. It's just how some brains work best.
