Hi, I'm Kate.

I have ADHD and dyslexia. I've built a business, spoken publicly about neurodivergence, and spent years supporting other ND business owners to do the same. And for a long time, I did most of it without a community that actually felt like mine.

Why I built NeuroThrive

Kate Keir with a colleague at a Success is for Everyone event

I know what it's like to sit in a room full of people and still feel like you don't quite fit.

I've been to the networking events. I've tried the accountability groups. I've sat in co-working spaces and spent more energy managing how I came across than actually getting anything done.

And I kept thinking: there must be somewhere built for people like me. Not a space that tolerates how my brain works. Not one where I have to explain myself before I'm allowed to relax. A space that was designed, from the start, with a brain like mine in mind.

I couldn't find it. So I built it.

NeuroThrive exists because I needed it. And because I know I'm not the only one.

I wanted a space built for ADHD and neurodivergent people from the start, not a neurotypical room with a few adjustments bolted on. So I made one.

What I do

Alongside NeuroThrive, I work with neurodivergent business owners and organisations who want to do better by their ND people.

That includes neurodiversity-informed business support, Access to Work support, and speaking. If you're a business owner who needs someone to help take things off your plate and actually make them happen, that's the work I do every day.

Come and find your room

NeuroThrive is the community I wished had existed when I was starting out. Body doubling every Tuesday, real peer networking on our terms, and a private space where you can just show up as you are.
