Built by a neurodivergent person, for neurodivergent people.

Our story

NeuroThrive was created by Kate Keir, a business owner, speaker, and neurodivergent person who knows first hand what it feels like to not quite fit in mainstream professional spaces.

She built NeuroThrive because the community she needed did not exist. So she made it.

This is not a support group. It is not a productivity hack. It is a community, a genuinely safe, welcoming space where neurodivergent adults can work, connect, and breathe.

Our values

  • No masking required, ever
  • Authenticity over performance
  • Accessibility in everything we do
  • Honesty, not toxic positivity
  • Celebration of neurodivergent identity, not just coping strategies

About Kate

Kate Keir, founder of NeuroThrive

Kate Keir is the founder of NeuroThrive. She also runs Kate Keir, a business support and neuroinclusion consultancy helping neurodivergent business owners build systems that actually work for them.

She has ADHD and dyslexia. She speaks publicly about neurodivergence in business. And she created NeuroThrive because she wanted a community that was built around real neurodivergent experiences, not just accommodated around the edges of a neurotypical one.
