These Terms of Service govern your use of the NeuroThrive website and membership services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. NeuroThrive is operated by Kate Keir, The Wellness Lounge Leeds, 63 Main St, Garforth, Leeds LS25 1AF.
2. Membership
NeuroThrive membership provides access to weekly body doubling sessions, networking events, and a private community. Membership fees are billed monthly via GoCardless. You may cancel at any time. No long-term contracts are required.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. If you experience issues with billing, contact us and we will work to resolve them.
4. Code of conduct
NeuroThrive is a psychologically safe space. We expect all members to treat each other with respect and kindness. Harassment, discrimination, or behaviour that makes others feel unsafe will result in immediate removal from the community without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of NeuroThrive or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of liability
NeuroThrive is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
