The right room changes everything.

NeuroThrive is a community built by and for neurodivergent adults. Body doubling every week. Real connection, on your terms. A space where you don't have to mask to belong.

Membership is £97 a month.

Why this exists

Kate Keir has ADHD and dyslexia. She's spent years building a business, speaking publicly about neurodivergence, and supporting other ND business owners to do the same.

And for years, she looked for a community that actually felt like it was built for her.

Not one that just tolerated how her brain works. Not one where she had to explain herself before she could relax. Not one designed for neurotypical people with a neurodivergent option bolted on at the edges.

She couldn't find it. So she built NeuroThrive.

What NeuroThrive is

This is not a support group. It's not a productivity course.

It's a genuine community. A safe, welcoming space where neurodivergent adults can work alongside each other, connect honestly, and just breathe.

What actually happens

Body doubling, every Tuesday

Every Tuesday from 10 until 11:30, we gather and we work. You show up, your brain has company, and things that felt stuck start moving. That's not magic. That's just what happens when a brain like yours isn't working alone.

Networking, the way it works for you

On the last Tuesday of every month, we connect. Camera off if you need it. Stim if that helps. No small talk required, no performance expected. Just real conversations with people building businesses the same way you are.

The community

A private WhatsApp community where you can ask for help, share a win, or just check in. No performances, no noise. Just people who get it.

I know Kate Miller from my membership of the business networking organisation BNI.

As an entrepreneur with AuDHD, I know how difficult it is to overcome the inertia that these disabilities produce. A few weeks ago I joined NeuroThrive, as I desperately needed body-doubling sessions to help me to get essential tasks done.

These weekly sessions have helped me enormously, giving my disabled brain the dopamine hit it needs to perform essential business tasks. I now know that there is a 90-minute session each week where I can actually get things done. This has helped me to plan and run my business better. If you have a neurodivergent brain and are on the fence about joining NeuroThrive, it is a community that actually enables people with ADHD to actually focus on starting and completing tasks. The cost works out at less than the cost of a cup of coffee each day, without the caffeine jitters.

I thoroughly recommend Kate and NeuroThrive.
